We offer free lifetime repairs on all J.O.STUDIO products, no matter how old they are or what happened to them. Whether it's a broken strap, worn stitching, or damage from everyday use, we'll fix it at no charge.

How It Works
- Contact us with photos of the damage and your order number (if you have it)
- Send your item to us - you cover the shipping cost to us
- We'll repair it and send it back to you free of charge
- Enjoy your refreshed item for years to come
