- Contact us with photos of the damage and your order number (if you have it)
- Send your item to us - you cover the shipping cost to us
- We'll repair it and send it back to you free of charge

Please note each bag is entirely unique so the zipper/pull tag colour will vary. All items are made from salvaged fabric so there may be slight discrepancies in colour/fading.
